We are grateful for the comfortable night at the Gospie youth centre. We have already met many wonderful people who have generously given us hospitality along the way.
Today we walked 16 miles and arrived in Tain, it was good walking weather and we took a number of short breaks to enjoy the views particularly at Loch Fleet (see photo of Kevin below) and then on the very long bridge that spans the Dornoch Firth (see photo of Ruth below).
Our hosts tonight are the lovely Van Eyk family from Canada. Kevin has just gone with John out in their boat to look in the lobster baskets.
